Baseball America says this about one of these listed pitchers who time has come to be voted off our list: "2: Wins in three pro seasons; but while he's raw, he can hit 99 mph on the radar gun."
He may have "potential" but I like substance.
My vote goes to Neftali Perez RHP, Rangers.
