I'll eliminate Great American Ballpark. RN - Fenway is not a good stadium at all as gordon3b has already said. Why were you do dead set on eliminating Yankee Stadium? It was one of my favorites. Skillset and I are on the same page. I too was curious to say the least about the feelings on Yankees stadium. As deep as my hatred runs for the lowly Yankees, I can't take the same stance on the stadium. Not that it is in the top ten for me, it still has so much history, decent sightlines and the upgrades have kept it decent. |

I've been there - twice, in fact - and was pretty underwhelmed. The renovations they performed on the ballpark back in the 1970's really eliminated a lot of the 'classic' factor it once held. On top of that, it was actually pretty boring and is located in a horrendous area of town (most of non-Manhattan NYC is not exactly....well, nice). The structure just overall wasn't impressive.

*Edit* Having wrote that, I realized I forgot to cast my vote in this round. Oops. Let's go Chase Field. Retractable rooved parks are not my friend.

Safeco Field - Retractable roof and it's 390 ft to LC and 387 ft to RC. Those aren't power alleys, there death alleys for fly balls.
