this is ridiculous.Hamilton hit WAY more HR's but due to the dumb reset rule the best HR hitter did not win.SCREW YOU MORNEAU

Hey- I'm glad Morneau won. I was rooting for either him or Hamilton. One guy I was rooting for put on one helluva show in the first round and the other did what it took to win it.
I'm happy with this year's Home Run Derby.

Big advantage to lefties with the 310 foot porch in right. 1st Round Berkman UtleyMorneau Hamilton 2nd Round Hamilton Morneau Champion Morneau On Royals in the HR derby, two Royals participated: Bo Jackson (1988) and Danny Tarnabull (1991). Next Royal to participate? Yikes....Alex Gordon? Stupid Chase Utley. Needed 2 homeruns and this bracket would had been perfect. What a freaking aerial display by Hamilton. That was wicked crazy. And in the end, a lefty (I called it) takes home the cake. |
