Why? I'm just curious. I consider the Babe an undisputed #1. His OPS+ was higher than either of the other two, and he was a pitcher (and a very good one at that). He changed baseball, single-handedly. Just my 2 cents.

That was an epic contest. I ended up learning much more about all-time greats than I could have imagined. Thanks to all the participants.

C'mon....is it really debatable? The Sultan of Swat....the Colossas of Clout. He has to be the greatest to ever play the game.
