Me too... I realllly hope they play today, I'm already skipping school today, there's no way my parents will let me skip tomorrow too.  I didn't have to teach today......but because of transportation issues w/my wife. She has work from 11a-11p instead of 7-7 like normal. How ironic that it happens to be Opening Day.  Despite the rain, the sun shines today. That and I sneakily went to Wal Mart and bought MLB 2K8 for the Wii. |

Using the same logic RN did. Justin Verlander is very tough to hit. The Detriot lineup rivals the Big Red Machine and is very tough to pitch to. It will be cold and rainy, tough conditions to pitch in.
I will go with Jose Guillen as P2C. I think he knocks in DeJesus for the GW RBI. I also think the Royals hitting in the 6 through 9 spots go hitless.
